My good Uyghur friend, Payzullah (who speaks good English). He's the cashier at Rohlan's FF Restaurant where I eat polo everyday.

Payzullah with the 'change money?' guy outside of Seman Hotel. For weeks this guy, who I guess is a slow learner, would ask, 'Change money?' as they all deal in black market currency. And everyday I would say no. I finally had Payzullah explain in Uyghur, and now the man doesn't ask. Yea! Progess!
