Where we met Mikeo, the the in-outdoor camp kitchen. When raining this place too cool. I took to turning on all the burners in stoves in Camp kitchens along the way (when paying so much). This to warm up the space. But, shame on me for this!

They use the roof as a way of catching rain water, and gathering it in pipes down to a storage tank.
